and that rainbow fur i'm pulling my hair out trying to get hold of !!!! driving me nuts cause no one can tell me if it will ever be back in stock, very unhelpful when i ask they tell me what is on the shelf is what they have!!!

Gah... I hate that! I get that from sales people when I ask about particular yarns, too. It's frustrating. I can see what they have, I'm not blind. I'm asking about something they don't have! I'd order more from the 'Net, but I don't like the "difference between the color on my monitor versus the color of the actual yarn" surprise.

I KNOW!!! it's not like you're a complete idiot. it wouldn't take any effort for them to see what's in storage or at a different store. it's not like i'm asking for something in general. i have the fabric swatch and i can tell them where it is in the swatch folder so they'd have the roll number.

finding good quality bear fur in nice colours is getting really hard so i have to buy stuff online and yep i've been caught. one fur looked really nice till it was sent to me then i saw it had tiny little holes all over it like a piece of hairy netting, you could see through it!!!! and the pile was alot sparser than the photo looked. looks like its all been plucked out LOL
